Use

THE FRUITY is particularly suitable for the dressing of bruschetta, in the preparation of sauces and braised meats, for meat carpaccio, rustic soups and legumes. For “connoisseurs” we recommend a raw use on beans and chicory and on lightly toasted warm bread. It has a superior flavoring capacity compared to other oils, marking every dish with its character, so we recommend the right dosage.
