Use | The DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil is particularly suitable for the dressing of bruschetta, in the preparation of sauces and braised meats, rustic soups, legumes and our typical dishes such as broad beans and chicory and on lightly toasted warm bread. It has a seasoning capacity that is clearly superior to other oils. |
